Key Insights sits at the top of every Analytics tab.
It's a short list of the most useful takeaways from your current data, calculated so you don't have to hunt through the numbers to find the story.
What Key Insights covers
Key Insights currently highlights four categories:

Posting habits. How consistently you're publishing across connected platforms, and whether your cadence matches your target.
Streaks. Ongoing runs of daily or weekly publishing. Instagram and Pinterest both reward consistency, so streaks are useful reinforcement.
Connected platforms. Which platforms are connected, which aren't, and whether any connections need attention.
Instagram queue health. How full your Approved Instagram queue is, so you know before you run out of scheduled content.
More insight types will be added over time.
How to use Key Insights
Key Insights are meant to be actionable, not just observational. When you see an insight, there's usually something specific to do:
"Your Instagram queue will run out in 3 days." Approve more posts or generate a new album.
"You haven't published a blog post in 14 days." Set an album to Publishing or draft a manual blog post.
"Your Pinterest connection expires soon." Reconnect Pinterest before it does.
"You're on a 12-week publishing streak." Keep it going.

Where insights are calculated
Insights use the same data that powers the Overview and platform tabs. When a metric updates, the related insight updates with it.
Dismissing an insight
Some insights (like celebratory streaks) don't need action. You can dismiss them and they'll stay hidden until the condition changes.
If an insight seems wrong
The insight references a platform that's disconnected. The insight was probably generated before the disconnection. It'll refresh on the next data pull.
An insight keeps appearing after you've acted on it. Give it a day. Insights refresh with the daily data pull.
A specific insight feels irrelevant. Dismiss it. That signals to us which insights are useful and which aren't.
